Sal Piscopo is the Founder and Managing Director of Ether Advisory Partners, a leading provider of M&A and strategy consulting services to private equity and corporate clients focused on the technology sector. Sal brings a strong track record of 20 years of successful M&A, corporate strategy, and commercial due diligence expertise to Ether’s clients and serves as a key part of M&A strategy formulation and execution. Prior to founding Ether, Sal spent 5 years in buy-side strategy consulting. Earlier in his career, he spent 3 years as a legal research analyst focused on the technology sector. An active and passionate supporter of the community, Sal has served on The Board of Directors of Catholic Guardian Services, The Board of Trustees at Kaufman Music Center, The Board of Lincoln Center Education and The Children’s Health Council at Weill Cornell Medicine. Sal received his B.A. from Syracuse University and his J.D. from New York Law School with concentrations in Corporate and Intellectual Property Law.
